Wear Neon Eyeliner

Amazing how a simple bright line can make a statement. 

Choose a neon version of your eye's complimentary color or the neon version of your skin's undertone. 

For example: Olive complexion = neon green, or Yellow complexion =  neon yellow, etc.

You can take your mastery of the cat eye to another level and stack the neon color above your black eyeliner for a retro look.

Line your crease for a cool peek-a-boo surprise. 

Try filling your entire lid and extending the wing.

Or simple,  thinly line the eye and accentuate the inner corners.
